Favor Bags 101

HELP!! As I mentioned in my profile, I am extremely new to this wonderful world and this is my first project created using the cricut. I will be making many of these for the candy station at my wedding. I've had a few people tell me that I should add a handle, but don't know how to go about it. I would LOVE to hear some imput from you veterans out there.

Hi Melanie, girl this came out PERFECT...I say handle or no handle is fine...you can just put some red or white tissue in it at the top...as far as a handle if you wanted to do one, just cut out some stripes of narrow black paper and attach to the insides with a brad or button...the brad or button would be shown on the outside...you know what i mean...love these..hugs

Melanie those are gorgeous!!! They are going to be wonderful favors! Handles are easy...have you worked with eyelets before...add a pair of eyelets to the front and back sides and tie in some sheer or satin ribbon. Instant handle. How tall are the bags?

Thank you Regina and Deborah for your impute. The bags are 6" in height.

I like the eyelet or grommett idea with a thin sheer ribbon for the handles. As always, your work is exquisite!

I think this is lovely and if you need handles, you can always add ribbon ones, securing them on the inside. Absolutely lovely.
